Terms & Conditions BHA Sustainable Vendor Directory
1. Purpose of the Directory
The BHA Sustainable Vendor Directory connects Bali Hotels Association (BHA) member hotels with suppliers, service providers, and organizations offering sustainable products and services. Its goal is to strengthen collaboration and make it easier for hotels to source environmentally responsible solutions.
2. Listing and Participation
a. Listing in the directory is free for first 12 months from launch date as part of the pilot phase.
b. After the pilot phase is over, listings will be subject to a nominal annual fee, details of which will be announced before the transition.
c. Inclusion in the directory does not constitute endorsement, recommendation, or certification by BHA.
d. Listings are based on vendor-provided information and verified only for general accuracy and operability within Indonesia.
3. Pilot Phase Clause
a. The initial 12-month period serves as a pilot program to test, refine, and evaluate the directory’s structure, usability, and impact.
b. BHA will use this time to:
i. Assess the value and engagement from both vendors and member hotels,
ii. Gather feedback to improve functionality and content, and
iii. Establish the framework for the paid program.
c. Participation during this phase is voluntary and subject to review.
4. Vendor Responsibility
a. Vendors are responsible for the accuracy, currency, and legality of their submitted information.
b. Vendors must promptly notify BHA of any updates or changes to their offerings, sustainability practices, or contact details.
5. BHA Disclaimer
a. BHA assumes no responsibility for commercial relationships, service quality, or outcomes between vendors and member hotels.
b. BHA reserves the right to edit, suspend, or remove listings that no longer meet the purpose or standards of the directory.
6. Renewal and Transition to Paid Listing
a. All listings will remain active until the end of the pilot phase, regardless of individual registration dates.
b. Vendors will receive advance notice before the introduction of the paid listing program.
c. Renewal will require confirmation of continued compliance and updated information.
7. Privacy and Data Use
a. Vendor information will be used solely for inclusion in the BHA directory and member communications.
b. BHA will not sell, distribute, or share vendor data with external third parties.
8. Acknowledgement
a. By submitting a listing, vendors confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including participation in the pilot phase and the transition to a paid model thereafter.
