Duties and responsibilities
*Key distribution strategy and execution- encompassing direct, online, GDS & group initiatives.
*Daily and long-term revenue management in line with GDOS and on-ground revenue team.
*Accountable for securing and maintaining business across all market segments.
*Team management & development – recruit, direct and lead Sales, Revenue/ Reservations and Event team to deliver set budgets and KPIs.
*Lead key partnerships within the business objectives.
*Participate in Tradeshows & external sales efforts along with the brand guidelines.
*Support the Executive team and work closely with the marketing team.
*Attend and participate in Management, Sales & Revenue meetings and identify key areas for driving further business across your hotel and wider brand of Ovolo hotels.

||Are you our next superstar Director of Sales?
We’re looking for a hotel Director of Sales to be part of our pre- opening team and the first by Ovolo hotel in Indonesia. You will be responsible for driving all hotel sales efforts for the new property, as well as overseeing, energizing and motivating the entire sales department. The DOS will be a key part of the management team will report directly to the General Manager and Group Director of Sales.
