Experience/Qualifications
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive resort revenue across all segments
* Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets
* Identify and cultivate relationships with key accounts and luxury travel partners
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to optimize pricing and promotions
* Collaborate with the marketing team to align brand messaging with sales efforts
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Director of Sales or senior sales leader in a luxury resort environment
* Strong network in corporate and leisure segments.
* Result-oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
* Ability to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team
