Bali Numbers Update – December 2025 Highlights

International arrivals reached 572,668 in December 2025, marking +3.91% growth year-on-year compared to December 2024.

Australian tourists dominated foreign arrivals to Bali in December 2025, accounting for approximately 24.6% of total international arrivals.

Inter-province domestic tourism in December recorded 500,764 arrivals, reflecting a –7.0% decline year-on-year versus December 2024.

Bali welcomed 6,948,754 international visitors in 2025, representing +9.72% growth year-on-year versus January–December 2024.

Together, these ten markets accounted for approximately two-thirds of all international arrivals to Bali in 2025. Australia remained the dominant source market, contributing nearly a quarter of total visitors, while India continued to show strong momentum and China demonstrated steady recovery—reinforcing Bali’s resilience across both long-haul and regional markets.

For full year 2025, inter-province domestic arrivals totaled 5,704,140, representing a –8.02% decrease compared with 2024.

-The BHA figures are arrival counts for Bali Province tourists (international and domestic visitors to the island). This is not the same as national tourism totals or airport passenger throughput (e.g., total entries and exits through Ngurah Rai Airport for all purposes). The BHA statistics focus on arrivals into Bali specifically.
