Bali Hotels Association Chairman, Franklyn Kocek, represented BHA members at the information sharing session on Bali Provincial Regulation No. 2 of 2025. The session, held at Ksirarnawa Building, Taman Budaya Provinsi Bali on Friday, 15th, focused on the revision of Regional Regulation No. 6 of 2023 concerning Levies for Foreign Tourists in support of protecting Balinese culture and the natural environment.
BHA was also invited to a round table discussion with PHRI, where various topics relating to compliancy and tourism laws affecting hotels and resorts were discussed.
BHA remains committed to supporting initiatives that safeguard Bali’s unique heritage while strengthening sustainable tourism.
