The Bali Hotels Association (BHA) successfully hosted its 4th Annual BHA Talent Show 2026, bringing together teams from member hotels and resorts for a vibrant celebration of creativity, culture, and camaraderie as part of the Association’s ongoing Sport & Culture Program.

Held at Hard Rock Hotel Bali, the event delivered a full day of high-energy performances, artistic expression, and enthusiastic support from colleagues and spectators alike. From music and dance to theatrical performances and storytelling, participants showcased the diverse talents that exist beyond their professional roles within Bali’s hospitality industry.

The Association extended special thanks to BHA member Shane Coates and his team at Hard Rock Hotel Bali for their warm hospitality and commitment to delivering a seamless and memorable event experience.

BHA Executive Director Diah Ajung noted that the Talent Show continues to be one of the most anticipated programs on the Association’s annual calendar.

“Each year, we see incredible passion and creativity from our member hotels. The effort teams put into their performances reflects the strong culture and unity within Bali’s hospitality community,” she said.

Chairperson Fransiska Handoko, who presented the awards, emphasized the importance of the initiative in strengthening connections across the industry.

“This member-exclusive event encourages teamwork, builds camaraderie, and provides a unique platform for our people to express themselves. It’s inspiring to see our 173 member hotels and resorts come together in support of one another.”

BHA also acknowledged the expertise of its distinguished judging panel:

Jasmine Okubo – Producer & Choreographer
Deny Surya – Musician & Sound Engineer

The winning video, “Ibuku Ibumu Ibumi,” offers a reflective narrative inspired by the Balinese philosophy of Tri Hita Karana, highlighting the harmony between humanity, nature, and the divine. Through thoughtful storytelling, the piece reminds viewers of the shared responsibility to care for the world around us.

The BHA Talent Show continues to demonstrate the strength, diversity, and collaborative spirit of Bali’s hospitality workforce, reinforcing the Association’s commitment to fostering engagement and community among its members.
