We are excited to announce the BHA Sustainable Culinary Challenge 2026, a Bali Hotels Association competition exclusively for BHA member hotels! Now in its 4th year, the BHA Cooking Competition has been rebranded as the Sustainable Culinary Challenge.
We’re also thrilled that celebrity Chef Juna will join us as guest judge. Chef Juna is an Indonesian professional chef, TV personality and restaurateur, and a judge on MasterChef Indonesia.
The challenge celebrates the talent in our member hotels’ kitchens and their commitment to sustainable, locally inspired cuisine. We look forward to seeing what our chefs create!

A Tribute to Bali’s Top 5 Visitor Countries, Crafted with Bali’s Finest Ingredients
Zero Waste • Locally Sourced • Globally Inspired
Participants must choose a dish from one of Bali’s Top 5 visitor countries in 2025: Australia, India, China, South Korea or the United Kingdom. All ingredients must be 100% locally sourced from Bali and Indonesia. In their video submission, participants must also share the story of why they chose their dish.
